Workshop on “Design to Maintenance: The Role of BNBC 2020 in Electrical Services for Buildings”
The Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) at the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) successfully organized a one-day workshop titled “Design to Maintenance: The Role of BNBC 2020 in Electrical Services for Buildings” on June 19, 2025, at Room PD-108, ULAB Campus, Mohammadpur, Dhaka.
The session was conducted by Professor Yeasir Arafat, P.Eng., Associate Professor at the Department of EEE, BUET, and a distinguished member of the BNBC National Standing Steering Committee. With extensive experience in fire safety, electrical code development, and consultancy on over 100 national projects, Prof. Arafat shared in-depth insights into the practical application of the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC) 2020.
